They're = They Are. As in "They're going to the theater"
Their = "Their seats at the theater were very good ones.
There = "They went to the theater over there."
Please, for the love of all that is good and kind in the world LEARN THIS CRAP WILL YA?

Can I add what is apparently a midwesternism of dropping "to be"? "The lawn needs mowed." No, you idiot, that isn't even a sentence. The lawn needs mowing, or the lawn needs to be mowed.
